About the Workshop
-
Anxiety can make everyday life feel exhausting. Whether you find yourself constantly overthinking, worrying about the future, or feeling stuck in anxious thought patterns, it can be difficult to know where to start. This workshop is designed to help you better understand how anxiety works and introduce practical, evidence-based skills that can help you respond to it in healthier, more effective ways.
-
During this live workshop, you'll learn five of the most impactful skills I regularly teach my therapy clients. Together, we'll explore why anxiety persists, what unintentionally keeps it going, and how small shifts in the way you relate to anxious thoughts can make a meaningful difference. You'll leave with practical tools that you can begin using in your daily life right away.
-
This workshop is a great fit for anyone who struggles with anxiety, chronic worry, or overthinking. Whether therapy feels out of reach right now, you're waiting to begin therapy, or you're simply looking for additional tools to support your mental health, you'll gain practical strategies in a supportive, educational environment. No prior therapy experience is needed.
-
The workshop will take place live on Zoom and will include approximately 60 minutes of teaching followed by time for questions. To help everyone feel comfortable, cameras are optional, participants will remain muted throughout the presentation, and questions may be submitted through the Zoom chat. You'll also receive a downloadable workbook filled with exercises and resources to help you continue practicing the skills after the workshop. description
