Do you accept insurance?

I am out of network with all insurance companies in the state of North Carolina. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you are wanting to see me from the state of Utah, I am in network with Select Health, EMI, and DMBA.

How much do sessions cost?

I charge $175/session. I do offer sliding scale sessions for a limited number of clients. Please reach out for more information.

Do you meet with clients in-person or online?

Both! I see clients in person at my office in Mint Hill, NC and I see clients all over the state via Telehealth.

What if I live outside the state of North Carolina?

Because I am only licensed in North Carolina and Utah, I can only see clients who reside in those states.

What can I expect in my first session?

During our first session together, I will take the time to ask questions, get to know you, and identify your goals. I will perform a psychological assessment and provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan.
